Ask your questions when guests sign up.
You need to know who’s vegetarian, who lands at 11pm and who’s bringing a tent. The usual way is a Google Form and a week of chasing the people who didn’t fill it in. With Coliven you write the questions once and guests answer them while they register. Each answer shows up in your guest list, next to the person who gave it.
What kinds of questions can I ask?
Short answer, single choice and multiple choice, each required or optional. You can also ask for an Instagram, LinkedIn or website link, or add a block of text for guests to read.
Can different tickets ask different questions?
Yes. Each ticket picks its own questionnaire, so a camping ticket can ask about tents and a room ticket can skip it.
Can I change a question after people have answered?
You can reword it and edit its options at any time. Its type is fixed once someone has answered, and removing a question hides the answers people already gave.
