Stripe payment processing fees apply to all plans (typically 1.4% + €0.25 for European cards, 2.9% + €0.25 for non-European).
These are charged directly by Stripe and are not collected by Coliven.
When does upgrading make sense?
If your monthly transactions exceed €600, the Host plan pays for itself. Above that, every euro saves you money.

Any ticket sale, donation, membership sign-up, or pay-as-you-go access purchase made through Coliven. Free events and free memberships are never charged.
Because we want to reward hosts who build long-term community relationships, not just one-off events. Memberships are the heart of what Coliven is for — so we charge less on them.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. If you upgrade mid-month, you’ll be charged pro-rata for the remainder of the billing period.
Stripe is the payment processor that handles all card transactions securely. Their fees go directly to Stripe — Coliven doesn’t see or collect them. We keep this separate so you always know exactly what you’re paying and to whom.
