1. OUR SERVICE
Coliven (the "Site") provides a platform for users to:
- Purchase tickets for events and activities organized by various Communities.
- Support Communities through financial contributions or funding initiatives.
2. COLIVEN AS AN INTERMEDIARY
Coliven acts exclusively as an intermediary (agent) between you (the "User") and the Community Organizer (the "Organizer"). The legal contract for the event or the use of funds is strictly between You and the Organizer.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY
Coliven provides a platform for Communities to share their information, but we do not verify the identity, legal status, or claims of any Community.
Accuracy of Information: We do not guarantee the authenticity, reliability, or accuracy of the information provided by Communities on our Site.
User Responsibility: You acknowledge that any reliance on the information provided by a Community is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to perform your own due diligence before purchasing a ticket or providing financial support.
4. TICKET PURCHASES
Pricing: Prices are determined by the Organizer. Total costs, including service fees, are shown at checkout.
Admission: Entry to an event is subject to the Organizer's specific rules. Coliven is not responsible if an Organizer refuses entry.
5. COMMUNITY SUPPORT & CONTRIBUTIONS
Use of Funds: Contributions are intended for the goals stated by the Community. Coliven does not monitor or guarantee how the Organizer spends these funds.
Non-Refundable: Contributions are generally non-refundable once processed.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Organizer Responsibility: The Organizer is solely responsible for refunds in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling.
Service Fees: Coliven's service or processing fees are non-refundable.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Coliven shall not be held liable for any loss, fraud, injury, or disappointment resulting from your interaction with a Community. We are not responsible for the failure of a Community to deliver an event or complete a project.
