Checkpoints: a to-do list for every guest.

Someone has bought a ticket. Now they need to join the Telegram group, tell you when their train gets in and read the packing list. With 34 guests and 3 tasks, that’s 102 things to keep track of. With Coliven you add each task as a checkpoint, guests tick them off from their ticket, and you get one grid that shows who has done what.

Checkpoints on Coliven: the host list and the grid of who has finished each task

What can a checkpoint be?

A link to open, something to read, or a form to fill in. The link can be your Telegram or WhatsApp group, the reading can be the packing list, and the form can ask for arrival times.

Does Coliven know if someone joined my Telegram group?

No. It records that they opened the link, which is enough to show you who never did. For a reading it records that they pressed the button, and for a form it keeps their answers.

Who gets a reminder?

Only the people who haven’t finished. Pick a checkpoint and press the reminder button, and the email goes to the guests still missing it. Anyone who was reminded in the last day is skipped.

What if I add a task after people have finished?

Their checklist opens again with the new task on it.
