Inner Structure: Level 1

Inner Structure is a practical training for women who want to develop greater clarity and agency in their lives. It is specifically designed for those who find themselves caught in indecision, overwhelmed by emotion, struggling to keep commitments, or looking to others to provide direction.

Through experiential practice, you will learn to stay present when feelings arise, distinguish what is happening from the stories your mind creates, and respond consciously rather than react automatically. You will practice identifying what you want, setting clear boundaries, making decisions without agonizing, and using sadness to come closer to reality.

You will strengthen your ability to keep your word, ask directly for support, receive feedback from a team, and collaborate effectively.

This training is an invitation to assume greater agency in your life and act from a place of clarity and integrity. It draws on Possibility Management, Parts Work (IFS), and Circling (Transformational Connection) and is held in a context of radical responsibility.

Held by Hannah Hirsh and Nina Chausow, Inner Structure is part of Regenera: a growing community of practice for changemakers committed to building more regenerative ways of living.
