Let's Gather Together!

Based on the roaring success of last year's hangout in Otaki Beach where we spent 3 days and 3 nights talking nonsensically, laughing uproariously, and BBQing magnificently under the gold, blue and pink sky, we're gearing up to host another one.

You can expect: really good food, lols, venture coaching, philosophical discussions, beach missions, kids, arts and crafts, late night deep dives into the edge of AI development and collapsology, bad jokes, BBQs, and whatever else your heart desires.

The theme
The spiral of life - growth, evolution, and the cyclical nature of existence :). Many moons ago, we came together around a spiral.. now that spiral is unfurling and unfolding and we're quite old (how marvelous). Let's sense make about this together via deep talks, long walks, and big stalks.

The vibe
Instead of open space every day, I want to try a looser format. This looks like a morning meeting where people suggest what they'll host through the day, and where. Then we'll have time for pods/home groups, and meal times. This let's us be a bit less rushy and more chill with plenty of space for those who want to go to the beach, or host a drawing session, and for those who might want to grab a whiteboard and scheme.

Logistics:
- If there's an enspiraller or friend that wasn't there last year, but that you would love to invite, feel free.
- Once we fill up the first two houses, we'll book a third
- Kate will organize the menus and will ask for a small team to help her with the shopping
- We'll create a cooking roster
- Let's self organize transport in the Signal channel
- On the Saturday feel free to invite additional friends up for a big lunch.
- We'll sort out the money after all the bills are in and cover costs. Please pay the deposit to secure your spot
